Put simply, this could be termed digital banking made easy. This was the mood today as Skye Bank Plc unveiled their new digital banking solution in Lagos called, the SkyeXperience.
From the Chairman of the bank to the GMD and the whole Skye bank team present at the event, you could not help but be moved by the clear vision and confidence they all exuded. You could immediately tell that the bank is safely in very able hands and its being stirred in the right direction too.
With this bold move Skye bank has taken a lead in the Nigerian banking/financial industry with the launch of its most advanced digital solution, the SkyeXperience. According to the GMD of the bank, this will make banking with Skye bank hassle free and exciting both for the young and the old.
Speaking at the event today, the Chairman of Skye Bank Plc, Mr M. K Ahmad said the unveiling of SkyeXperience was their own modest contribution to the economic development of the country, especially in the area of financial technology and digital solutions.
Mr Ahmad said, with the unveiling of SkyeXperience, Skye Bank is offering Nigerians a smarter way to bank and a more convenient way to live. Mr Ahmad further went on to appreciate the Federal government for its policy on digital revolution. His words,
‘’I specifically use this opportunity to laud the federal government policy on digital revolution which seeks to achieve 30% broadband penetration by 2018. We therefore, believe that our contribution through the SkyeXperience will encourage more Nigerians to embrace the use of technological solutions to attain a more convenient and quality living.’’
Also speaking at the formal unveiling of SkyeXperience, the GMD of Skye Bank Plc, Mr Adetokunbo Abiru said the unveiling of SkyeXperience to renew the commitment the bank to its valued customers who have continued to not only do
business with them, but have also challenged them on how best the bank can serve them better.
The GMD of the bank also stressed on a vital point that the bank had actually partnered with Oracle Corporation, one of the world’s leading Computer Company to create SkyeXperience.
The GMD, Mr Abiru went on to further shed light on the unique futures of SkyeXperience,
