Senator Ifeanyi Okowa has come out tops in just concluded Delta State PDP primaries and has therefore emerged winner of the Peoples Democratic Party Gubernatorial primaries in Delta state.
He polled 406 votes, while David Edevbie, polled 219 votes.
David Edevbie, who was endorsed by the Urhobo Progress Union scored 299 to clinch the second position.
