We hereby notify The Nigerian Stock Exchange (‘The NSE) that a meeting of the Board of Directors of our Company has been scheduled for Wednesday, 8th August, 2017.
One of the items on the agenda for the meeting would be to consider and approve the Audited Financial Statements of the Company for the financial year ended 31st May 2018.
Furthermore, please be informed that the Company has declared the commencement of a closed period for trading in its shares from 17th July 2017 and will continue until 8th August 2018 when the Audited Financial Statements are planned to be submitted to the NSE.
Hence, no director, person discharging managerial responsibility, employees with sensitive information, advisers and consultants of the Company and their connected persons may directly or indirectly deal in the securities of the Company until the aforementioned date.
