We hereby notify The Nigerian Stock Exchange (“The NSE”) that a meeting of the Board of Directors of our Company is scheduled for Friday, 2oth April, 2018. One of the items on the agenda for the meeting would be to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Statements of the Company for the period ending 31st March, 2018.
Further, please be informed that the Company’s Closed Period will commence on Friday, 3oth March, 2018 and will continue until, at the earliest, Friday, 2oth April, 2018 when the said Unaudited Financial Statements are planned to be Submitted to The NSE
