Rumor in the footballing world is high that Jose Mourinho has secretly agreed a deal with Manchester United to take over LVG’s role as head coach and make Man United champions again.
Mourinho has declared that he would want Man United to make Edinson Cavani their top January signing once he takes over as head coach of Manchester United.
Cavani, 28, became the most expensive signing in French football history when he joined PSG from Napoli in 2013 for €64.5m.
He has scored 44 goals in 88 Ligue 1 appearances and helped the French giants to two domestic titles, two League Cups and one French Cup.
But, despite Cavani’s contribution to PSG’s success, Cavani has been playing second fiddle to Sweden international, Zlatan Ibrahimovic for a long time.
Mourinho has revealed that he would love to reunite with Cavani at Old Trafford.
