Ikeja Hotel Plc (“Ikeja Hotel” or “the Company”) wishes to inform its esteemed shareholders, stakeholders and the general public that at the board meeting of the Company held on 21 august 2017, the Audited Financial Statements of the Company for the years ended 31 December 2014,31 December 2015 and 31 December 2016 were approved.
However, the financial statements which have just been signed are yet to be filled with the Nigerian stock exchange for dissemination to the general public. The Company is hopeful that these financial statements will be filled on or before Tuesday 19 September 2017.
Ikeja Hotel Plc wishes to reassure its esteemed shareholders of the company’s commitment to regularize its listings obligations to both the shareholders and the regulatory authorities.
