Information reaching us indicates that son of former Bayelsa State Governor, Diepriye Alameiseigha, is dead.
Oyoms Alamieyesigha was found dead at the stairway of his father’s house house in the United Arab Emirates commercial capital on Saturday.
The real cause of his death has not been revealed. However, there are unconfirmed conflicting reports of how and where Oyoms died.
A report says the deceased was found dead at the stairway of his father’s house in Dubai, while another version says it was a case of assassination, adding that he was murdered in a hotel.
Meanwhile, the father of the deceased, former Bayelsa State Governor, Alameiseigha has confirmed the death.
When asked about the news, he said ”he was killed in Dubai”.
Meanwhile President Jonathan has promised to unravel the circumstances under which Diepriye Alameiseigha’s son died in Dubai.
