ABUJA – Again, President Muhammadu Buhari on Wednesday stayed away from the meeting of the Federal Executive Council, FEC which held at the Presidential Villa, Abuja.Similarly, over 20 out of 36 Ministers wereequally absent at the meeting.
Vice President Yemi Osinbajo presided over the meeting.
