The supreme court, the apex court of the nation has upheld the election of Governor Darius Ishaku of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP in the Taraba guber elections which held in April 11, 2015.
A seven-man panel of Justices of the supreme court, in a unanimous judgment dismissed the the appeal that was lodged by Senator Aisha Jumai Alhassan of the All Progressives Congress, APC.
This finally brings to an end the long politic struggle in Taraba state between Gov Ishaku of the PDP, and Sen Aisha Jumai Alhassan,
