Amaju Pinnick has emerged victorious as the new Nigeria Football Federation Chairmain. It’s been a long time coming for the Delta Sports Commission Boss. Mr Pinnick’s love and contribution to the game of football have eventually paid out. Pinnick, we can say is a pure warri bred and it was right there on familiar terrain of warri that he won as the new NFF Boss. In the first round, Pinnick the first round of voting with 25 votes, while Taiwo Ogunjobi from Osun polled 9 votes. Dominic Iorfa had 6 votes, while Shehu Diko from Kaduna had only 4 votes.

Amanze Uchegbulam, Imo and Mike Umeh Anambra had no vote.

Pinnick, Iorfa and Ogunjobi then went head-to-head in the second round, to determine the winner of the election via simple majority.
